"Therefore, as God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. Bear with each other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity." ~ Colassians 3:12-14

TOUCHDOWN!!!

Are you ready for some football!!!? Daddy and Easton are...hence the WVU football jerseys. Yeah I know football season started a little while ago, but Mommy has been a little slow at posting pictures lately. Believe you me...I have tons of pics to share...just not much time on my hands these days. Well, I take that back...probably have the time, but find myself doing other things...or should I say enjoying other things like playing with my little man...oh yeah...and sleeping. My bed time these days usually lands around 8-8:30...causing my blog to take a back seat and also causing me to miss all my shows. "Oh well," I say...not really that important anyways.

Not really sure where to start with updates on little man, but I will tell you this...he is a little man with a big attitude!!! Yes, he's still Mommy's perfect little angel, but has come to know the word NO a little to well. He amazes me how much he is learning everyday. Another word we here a lot around the house is huh? More times then not...when you say something to E...doesn't matter what it is...his response is huh?

I know he's only 18+ months but I have started to try my best to when he does something bad, make him look me in the face and explain things to him. For example...why he shouldn't tell Mommy and Daddy NO. The other night "NO" was getting a little out of hand so I decided to try it. This is how it went...

Mommy: "Easton, do you remember where Jesus lives?"
Easton: "Huh?"
Mommy: "Remember Jesus lives in your heart. Do you know what Jesus does when you tell Mommy and Daddy NO?"
Easton: "Huh?"
Mommy: AGAIN "Do you know what Jesus does when you tell Mommy and Daddy NO?"
Easton: "Huh?"
Mommy: "It hurts Jesus' feelings and makes him cry."
Easton: "Momma...Dadda?"
Mommy: "Yep, when you tell Mommy and Daddy NO, it makes Jesus cry."
Eston: "Huh?"

LOL...I know he'll get it one of these days...hopefully! More pics to come...some day.
